Day 1: Arrive Dubai – Deira Dhow Cruise:
Our representative will welcome you on Arrival at Dubai International Airport. Your private airport transfer will be waiting at the airport and you can relax in our vehicle until you arrive at Hotel. Team will make pre arrangements for smooth check in at Hotel.

Day 2: Enjoy the breakfast at Hotel. After the lavish breakfast, get ready to experience the amazing city of Dubai with a well-versed and Experienced Guide. Our guide will coordinate and receive you from the hotel and head to explore Dubai. It will be a half-day Dubai Tour on sharing basis where you will experience the historic sites and vibrant cosmopolitan life of Dubai. This tour will cover old Dubai, new Dubai, iconic and celebrated places.

Day 3: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Leisure time for Shopping on your own. Our team will assist you with details of shopping malls and the best buy options available. We also can assist you with a shopping tour at an additional cost.

Day 4: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Check out Dubai hotel and transfer to Atlantis, The Palm. Our driver will reach the hotel on time for inter hotel transfer. One of Dubai’s most visited locations, there’s no wonder this five-star Palm Island destination appears on so many postcards, holiday selfies and Instagram posts. You can expect endless entertainment with world-class dining outlets, unique aquarium experiences and outstanding architectural feats at this world-famous luxury hotel.

Day 5: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Later check out and Transfer to Dubai airport for your departure flight. Our driver will reach the hotel on time for airport transfer to your onward or back home flight.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.

GOVT. TAXES & OTHER CHGS
GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.

PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
