Day 1: Arrive Arusha Meet in Arusha and transfer to your overnight accommodation. Dinner and overnight at Four Points by Sheraton
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire After breakfast drive to Tarangire. Arrive for lunch at your lodge and afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge
Day 3: Tarangire – Manyara - Karatu After breakfast, depart with packed lunch to Manyara National Park. Game drive in Lake Manyara National Park Late afternoon drive to Karatu Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge
Day 4: Karatu – Serengeti Depart after breakfast to Serengeti National Park Arrive for lunch at your lodge Afternoon game drive in Serengeti All meals and overnight at Serengeti Kuhama Camp

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.
GOVT. TAXES & OTHER CHGS
GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
