Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 - Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo Airport you will be met by an Egypt Promotion Travel representative who will assist you through airport customs & formalities. You will be escorted immediately to your hotel in one of the air-conditioned modern vehicles (official check-in time around 15.00 hrs.).
Arrive at the hotel and check-in.

Day 2 - Day tour of Pyramids and Sphinx

Today we start exploring ancient Egypt with a visit:
The famous Pyramids plateau:
oThe Great Pyramid of Cheops which was built by manual labor, is the largest of the three main Pyramids and is the only survivor of the Seven Great Wonders of the Ancient World.
oThe Pyramid of Chephren, which is the best preserved.
oThe Pyramid of Mycerinus.
oThe Sphinx, a marvelous sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion's body stretching 45m, with its paws 15m long.
oThe Papyrus Institute and learn how paper was made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, Perfume factory, and Jewelry shop.

Day 3 - Cairo
Free at leisure.
Possibility to do some amazing optional excursions.

Day 4 - Aswan – Cruise
Early breakfast and check-out.
Transfer to Cairo airport to travel to Aswan by domestic flight.
Arrive at Aswan airport, and meet our representative who will transfer you to the Nile cruise.
Embark on the cruise and leave the luggage & meet your guide who will escort you to visit the High Dam & the Unfinished Obelisk
Return to the cruise, check-in & have lunch.
Evening is free at leisure to do some optional excursions which will be offered by your guide according the availability or simply enjoy your stay on the cruise.
Dinner and overnight onboard of the cruise.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Day 5 - Aswan – Kom Ombo
Breakfast on board of the cruise.
Sail to Kom Ombo & visit the Kom Ombo temple.
Back to the cruise and lunch onboard of the cruise.
Sail to Edfu.
Arrive to Edfu.
Dinner & overnight onboard of the cruise.
Day 6 - Luxor - Sightseeing
Breakfast on board of the cruise.
Sail to Luxor and lunch onboard of the cruise.
Transfer to enjoy visiting the major sightseeing in Luxor which includes Karnak temple.
Evening is free at leisure to do some optional excursions if time permits or simply enjoy your stay on the cruise and be ready to travel back to Hurghada the next day.
Dinner & overnight onboard of the cruise.
Day 7 - Luxor – Hurghada
Breakfast onboard the cruise & check-out.
Visit the West Bank (The Valley of the Kings, and the Colossi of Memnon).
Travel from Luxor to Hurghada by private air-conditioned vehicle.
Arrive to Hurghada & transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or simply relaxing at the hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
Day 8 - Hurghada
Free at leisure to enjoy sun and sand.
Possibility to do some amazing optional excursions.
Day 9 - Hurghada
Free at leisure to enjoy sun and sand.

Day 10 - Hurghada – Final departure
Check-out after breakfast.
Transfer from Hurghada to Cairo by private vehicle (around 06 hours drive) to Cairo airport for final departure back home with sweet memories & friends you made in Egypt.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.
GOVT. TAXES & OTHER CHGS
GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
