Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Nairobi
Welcome on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi Ex flight TBA. After customs and immigrations Meet & Greet by a Private Safaris Representative. Private transfer to your hotel. Dinner at your Hotel.
Day 2 - Nairobi – Masai Mara Reserve
Breakfast at your Hotel. Meet your private Driver Guide and after short Safari Briefing departure in direction Masai Mara. Brief stop at Great Rift Valley View Point. Arrival at your Lodge/Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive Masai Mara(±16h00-18h00). Time at leisure before Dinner.
Day 3 - Masai Mara Reserve
Breakfast followed by full day game drive with picnic lunches (±09h00-16h00). Dinner at your Lodge/Camp.
Day 4 - Masai Mara Reserve
Breakfast followed by full day game drive with picnic lunches (±09h00-16h00). Dinner at your Lodge/Camp.
Day 5- Departure
Breakfast, check out and depart for Lake Naivasha , Upon arrival you will proceed for a boat ride and a guided walk at crescent Island with lunch at Lake Naivasha Sopa .
After lunch drive to Nairobi. Arrive and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your international flight.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.
GOVT. TAXES & OTHER CHGS
GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
