Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival In Nairobi
Welcome on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. After customs and immigrations Meet & Greet by Private Safaris Representative. Board your Transfer Vans/Buses and transfer to your Nairobi Hotel. Indian Dinner at a Restaurant in the City.
Day 2 - Nairobi – Samburu Reserve
Breakfast. A short safari briefing and proceed on to Samburu Game Reserve with enroute lunch at a restaurant. Arrive in time for check in at your Camp. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - Samburu Reserve
Day spent on morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at your Camp
Day 4 - Samburu Reserve - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Breakfast, check out and drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy with a stop at Equator Point. Arrival at your Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon Game Drive incl. visit Chimpanzee Sanctuary (±16h00-18h00). Arrival back at your Camp in the early evening followed by dinner and overnight.
Day 5 - Ol Pejeta Conservancy – Lake Naivasha
Breakfast; depart for Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch and 1hour boat ride. Proceed to your lakeshore Lodge. Time at leisure prior Dinner.
Day 6 - Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara Reserve
After breakfast, meet your driver guide at the hotel lobby area and proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. En route enjoy the beautiful scenery. Arrive at your Lodge/camp in time for lunch and check in at the camp. Afternoon game drive Masai Mara (±16h00-18h00).
Day 7 - Masai Mara Reserve
Breakfast followed by morning and afternoon game viewing or a full day game drive with picnic lunches (±09h00-16h00). Dinner at your Lodge/Camp. Optional balloon safari at extra cost.
Day 8 - Masai Mara - Nairobi - Depart
Breakfast at your Hotel followed by check out from the rooms and depart to Nairobi en-route to Airport where you will be dropped off in the afternoon for your departure flight in the evening.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.

GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
