Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive at Cape Town International Airport
Meet and greet and private transfer to the hotel for check-in. Remainder of the day is at your own leisure. Explore the Cape Town City Centre or make your own way to the V&A Waterfront for some shopping and/or dining.

Day 2 - Half Day Private Guided Cape Town City Tour with Table Mountain
Cable car trip to the top of Table Mountain (weather permitting) and an orientation drive and walk in the city. In the afternoon you have the option of an excursion to Robben Island or shopping at Canal Walk or an afternoon of wine tasting in the Stellenbosch or Constantia Winelands.

Day 3 - Full Day Private Guided Cape Peninsula Tour
Photo stop by Camps Bay. Visit Hout Bay and enjoy a boat ride to Seal Island (weather permitting). Drive over Chapman's Peak Drive (weather permitting) and on to Cape Point. A funicular ride to see the lighthouses and a photo stop at the Cape of Good Hope. Lunch (for own account) in Simon's Town and a visit to Boulders Beach to see the penguins. Drive back to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 4 - Check-out of Cape Town hotel and proceed to the Garden Route.
Scenic Drive via Route 62 to Oudtshoorn.
Check-in at hotel. Enjoy the evening at your own leisure.

Day 5 - Full Day Oudtshoorn
Enjoy guided tours of Safari Ostrich Farm, Cango Caves & Cango Wildlife Ranch.
Proceed to Knysna and check-in at hotel.

Day 6 - Day at Leisure - optional activities.
Suggested optional activities include a visit to the Storms River Mouth in Tsitsikamma, Bloukrans Bungee Jump, visit to Monkeyland and/or Bird of Eden or Shark Cage Diving in Mossel Bay.
In the evening enjoy a John Benn Sunset Cruise on the Knysna Lagoon.

Day 7 - Check-out of hotel, transfer to George Airport for flight to Johannesburg (flight excluded). On arrival in Johannesburg you will be met and transferred by road to the Sun City Resort. Enjoy the rest of the day to enjoy the facilities at Sun City.

Day 8 - Morning OR afternoon Big Five Safari - Pilanesberg Game Reserve open vehicle game drive. Rest of the day to explore and enjoy Sun City Resort, including the Valley of the Waves.

Day 9 - Road transfer back to Or Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, for departure flight.

The above rates are valid as per the dates / no. of guests mentioned and are subject to change without prior notice. We assume that all the guests will arrive and depart together. Any changes, thereof, will call for price changes. Above is just a quote and we are presently not holding rooms or services for you. Hotels and other services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking. Above prices might include the Forex Component. BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
