Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival In Nairobi
Welcome on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. After customs and immigrations Meet & Greet by Private Safaris Representative. Board your Transfer Vans/Buses and transfer to your Nairobi Hotel. Dinner and overnight .
Day 2 - Nairobi – Amboseli
Breakfast at your Hotel. Meet your Driver Guides in the Hotel Lobby and after short Safari Briefing departure to Amboseli for lunch and check inn. Afternoon game drive in Amboseli National Park. Return to your Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - Amboseli – Lake Naivasha
Breakfast at your Hotel followed by check out and proceed to Lake Naivasha via Nairobi. Brief photo stop at Great Rift Valley View Point. Arrival at your lakeshore Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon boat ride and guided safari walk on Crescent Island (±15h00-16h30). Return back to your Lodge and time at leisure prior Dinner. Overnight at your Lodge.
Day 4 - Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru
Breakfast at your lakeshore Lodge. Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park arriving at your Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.
Day 5 - Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
Enjoy breakfast at your Lodge prior check out and departure to Masai Mara Reserve. Arrival at your Safari Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive Masai Mara (±15h00-18h00). Time at leisure before Dinner.
Day 6 - Masai Mara Reserve
Breakfast followed by full day game drive with picnic lunches (±09h00-16h00). Dinner at your Lodge/Camp.
Day 7 - Masai Mara – Nairobi- Depart
Early breakfast, check out and final morning game drive Masai Mara prior leaving the park ((±08h00-09h30). Departure to Nairobi en-route to Airport where you will be dropped off in the afternoon for your departure flight in the evening.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.
GOVT. TAXES & OTHER CHGS
GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
