Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 | ARRIVAL ENTEBBE – FLY TO BWINDI NATIONAL PARK
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda and after finalizing the formalities, you shall proceed for your scheduled afternoon flight at 13:00pm to Kihihi Airstrip where you will meet your guide and then transfer to your lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The park is home to the endangered mountain gorillas. This fascinating mountain forest hosts chimpanzees and spectacular birds. There are 23 of the 24 Albertine Rift endemic bird species including Blue-throated Broadbill, bar-tailed Trogon and other beautiful forest species. You shall go to bed earlier this evening, since you should be fit for gorilla trekking the next day.
Day 2 | 1st GORILLA TREKKING
This morning you will get up early to prepare for the upcoming gorilla trekking. Trekking the Mountain Gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trek will take between 2 and 6 hours, but is well worth the effort. You will be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the Gorillas. In the afternoon you may take a Village or Forest walk in Bwindi National Park.
Day 3 | 2nd GORILLA TREKKING EXPERIENCE
Today you will get up early and once again go for a second trekking of the gentle giants. A thrilling trek through the Impenetrable Forest led by an experienced ranger Guide provides inspiring views in all directions. You will trek a different family and get to spend time watching the adults feeding their young ones, brushing and resting as the youngsters play from vines in a pleasurably playful display.
Day 4 | FLY BACK TO ENTEBBE AND DEPART
After breakfast, you will drive to Kihihi Airstrip and fly back to Entebbe enjoying the beautiful aerial view of
SouthWestern Uganda, the hills and thick vegetation as well as the farming practiced by the locals. Upon reaching Entebbe, you will connect to your return flight home.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.

GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
