Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival Nairobi
Arrive Nairobi at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After customs and immigration formalities, you will be welcomed and transferred to your Nairobi City Hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2 - Nairobi – Amboseli
Breakfast at your Hotel. Meet your Driver Guide in the Hotel Lobby and after short Safari Briefing departure to Amboseli national park. Arrival in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive Amboseli and arrival back at your Lodge/Camp in the early evening. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - Amboseli – Namanga Border – Lake Manyara
Breakfast at your Lodge with views of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather depending!). Check out and short game drive en-route to the Amboseli park gate. Proceed to Namanga, the Kenya/Tanzania border. Clear customs and immigration then change vehicles and continue your journey to Arusha where you will enjoy lunch. Afterwards drive to Lake Manyara national park for afternoon game drive. Arrival at your Lodge in the early evening. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 - Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro/Karatu
Breakfast, Check out and drive to Ngorongoro Crater for full day game drive. Picnic lunches. In the late afternoon arrival at your accommodation. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5 - Ngorongoro/Karatu – Serengeti
After breakfast departure in direction Serengeti national park with packed lunch. Extended game drive en-route to your Lodge/Camp and arrival in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 - Serengeti
Wake up call. Early morning tea/coffee. Set out for an early morning game drive in the reserve. This is usually the most popular game viewing time. During the early hours temperatures are low, thus providing a favorable atmosphere both for the game and the viewer. Lion, Cheetah and Leopard roam the vast grasslands in search for their next meal, it may be an unsuspecting impala or even a small one like the warthog…whatever the players, and the spectacle of nature unfolding is always awe inspiring! Return to the lodge for breakfast. Mid-morning at leisure. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive will follow returning for dinner and overnight.
Day 7 - Serengeti – Tarime – Isebania Border – Migori – Masai Mara
Serengeti – Tarime – Isebania Border – Migori – Masai Mara
Breakfast, Check out and drive to airstrip for your scheduled flight to Tarime (ETD 09h00, ETA 10h25). Road Transfer to Isebania the Tanzania/Kenya border. Clear customs and immigration then continue your journey to Migori where you will catch your scheduled connection flight to Masai Mara (ETD 12h05, ETA 12h25). Your Lodge/Camp Guide will welcome you and bring you on to your Lodge/Camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive with Lodge/Camp Guide & Vehicle. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8 - Masai Mara
Shared Morning and afternoon game drive with all meals at your Lodge/Camp. Overnight.
Day 9 - Masai Mara / Nairobi / Departure
Breakfast at your Lodge. Final shared game drive en-route to the airstrip. Scheduled flight to Nairobi Wilson airport (ETD 11h15, ETA 13h00). Welcome on arrival and lunch at world famous Carnivore restaurant in Nairobi. You will be dropped off at JKIA Airport in the afternoon.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.

GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
