Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport Nairobi. Meet & Greet by Private Safaris Representative. Transfer to your Nairobi Hotel for overnight.
Day 2 - Breakfast and morning at leisure. Departure in direction of Aberdare/Mount Kenya region. Arrival in the afternoon and have lunch. Enjoy beautiful views of Mount Kenya (weather dependent). Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - Breakfast at your Lodge/Camp. Depart to Lake Nakuru national park and first game drive en-route to your Lodge. Lunch followed by afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight
Day 4 - Breakfast and check out. Drive to Masai Mara and arrive in time for lunch and check in. Afternoon game drive in Masai Mara Reserve with dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 5 - Morning and afternoon game drive in Masai Mara. All meals and overnight at your lodge.
Day 6 - Early breakfast. Drive to Isebania, the Border between Tanzania & Kenya with lunch boxes. Immigration to Tanzania and meet your Tanzania Guides and drive to Serengeti With en-route game drive arrive to your overnight accommodation
Day 7 - Morning and afternoon game drive Serengeti. All meals and overnight at your Lodge
Day 8 - After Breakfast depart with packed lunch to Ngorongoro. Half day Crater Tour and Late afternoon drive to Karatu
Day 9 - After breakfast drive to Manyara for game drive. Late lunch at you accommodation and rest of the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight.
Day 10 - Breakfast and depart with packed lunch to Tarangire. Game drive in the park and Late afternoon drive to your overnight accommodation for dinner.
Day 11 - After breakfast, drive to Arusha and arrive for Lunch at a restaurant. Drop off at Airport.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.

GST 5% & TCS 5% or 20% will be applicable as per current Indian govt. regulations.
Online PG Chgs: 3.5% Additional on the total value paid through payment gateway.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
